Congratulations on your decision to take the first step to better health. We will guide you through each step of our 4 step process of becoming a new patient.

We strive to make your first visit to our office a comfortable experience. Cindy or CiCi will welcome you and ask you to complete our required forms. These forms will give us important information about you and your condition. Dr. Kane will then spend some time asking specific questions about your condition to determine the appropriate care for you. If chiropractic care and/or acupuncture are right for you, those treatments will be discussed. If chiropractic care and/or acupuncture are not the answer, we can help refer you to another doctor.  As always, nothing will be done without your consent.

After discussing your condition, Dr. Kane will give you a thorough chiropractic examination, such as testing your ability to turn and bend, your reflexes, and other standard postural, neurological, orthopedic, and physical examinations. She will also incorporate acupuncture diagnostic methods that reveal further information about your health. If appropriate, a urinalysis will also be performed. This important information will give Dr. Kane a better understanding of your condition and how she can help you. If needed, Dr. Kane may refer you for x-rays or other testing.

After all the information has been obtained (including forms, exams, and any necessary tests), Dr. Kane will give you a report of findings and explain the treatment options that can help you reach your health and wellness goals. 

Most patients will feel some degree of relief from the very first adjustment or acupuncture treatment! Chiropractic adjustments with the ProAdjuster are gentle enough for kids yet help to restore movement and function for the athlete and senior. Acupuncture helps to restore balance and a feeling of calm in addition to providing pain relief.

We offer no obligation consultations and can help you directly with insurance forms. For patients with no insurance coverage, a flexible payment plan can be arranged.
